Hi there, welcome to S.O.S Swim and Life! We created the concept of combining Swimming Coaching and Life Coaching to enhance the lives of swimmers. We are passionate about both, so if you are not a swimmer, we can still offer life coaching and if you are a swimmer that just wants some coaching, well, we love that too. You will find more information on what is on offer under the relevant part of this website. We look forward to hearing from you.
